Description:
Consultants are needed to augment state staff with the continuing development and maintenance of the Time Information Management Electronic System (TIMES) application.
Candidate will be required to complete required software enhancements, assist with bringing the hardware and software to supported platforms and versions and increasing the processing capability of the entire system to allow for future growth, add increased reporting capability to the system and complete documentation of business processes, as well as technical system documentation, user online help and training manuals/materials.

Qualifications:
Minimum 84 months of hands-on programming experience developing forms using Oracle 6i Web Forms or higher, including at least 36 months of hands-on programming experience using Oracle Forms 9i or higher.
Minimum 84 months of hands-on programming experience developing reports using Oracle 6i Web Reports or higher, including at least 36 months of hands-on programming experience using Oracle Reports 9i or higher.
Minimum 84 months of hands-on programming experience using PL/SQL for writing triggers and stored procedures.
Minimum 84 months of hands-on programming experience working in a Unix environment developing Korn shell scripts.
Minimum 84 months of hands-on programming experience creating and modifying relational database structures for Oracle RDBMS version 8.0 or higher.
Minimum 84 months of hands-on programming experience developing, maintaining and/or enhancing electronic attendance and leave applications for New York State agencies with a significant 24/7 workforce operation.
