POSITION OPEN: Assisted Sales Representative
JOB TYPE: Part Time
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
o Conduct consumer facing activities by demonstrating key features, assist customers with devices, and trouble-shoot issues presented from our client's internet-related services and products.
o Build and maintain long-term trusting relationships with retail store associates, retail management, and client management.
o Maintain consistency and a highly visible presence in designated retail stores.
o Create and maintain consistent store scheduled hours and input into assigned system daily.
o Partner with the client and management team to ensure product look and display is consistent with protocol, plan-o-gram compliance, samples working properly, overall appearance and above presentation standards of competitive products.
o Attend required training sessions on internet-related services and products.
o Assist client in training initiatives to ensure retail sales associates' understanding of our client's internet-related services, products, brand awareness, and brand image.
o As part of the team you will provide information on your market and how we can improve sales and increase brand awareness for our client.
o Manage your sales performance against assigned goals and metrics.
o Other duties as assigned to improve performance of self.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS &
Experience:
o High School diploma or GED required.
o Must be able to work evenings, weekdays, weekends, and some holidays.
o Minimum one year experience in retail environment.
o Consumer electronic experience is required.
o Exceptional interpersonal communication skills required.
o Strong presentation and/or selling skills required.
o Experience in adult education or training ideal.
o Demonstrate high energy and enthusiastic attitude.
o Must be proficient in computer software and internet browsing technologies (for example: Google Chrome, Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.)
o Access to home computer, reliable 24/7 internet connectivity for e-mail and daily web reporting.
o Access to printing capabilities for training materials, job aids, written reports, etc.
