Performs clerical duties e.g., acts as receptionist, answers telephone, screens calls or visitors & takes messages; updates & maintains filing system; updates, maintains & files completed work &/or miscellaneous logs; prepares, stamps &/or sorts out-going mail; orders & distributes office supplies; schedules appointments; troubleshoots or arranges for repairs & maintenance of office equipment; maintains accurate customer information files and computer data; proofreads final material for accuracy & completeness; operates photocopier & calculator &/or adding machine; saves or retrieves information on computer; searches files for inquiries or missing data for reports , must be highly detail oriented and possess excellent computer skills, excellent people skills and customer service, be able to interact with team and be a team player, and have excellent communication skills.Should have recent experience in office setting as a secretary and/or administrative assistant. Hours of operation are 8:00am to 5:00pm. Office is located at 9540 Airport Hwy, Monclova, OH 43542
