ORGANIZATION SUPPORT SERVICES
This position will support all the organizations within the North Star Ranch umbrella.
Specifically, This position provides shop and maintenance support, fleet maintenance support, building support and ground support. Currently you will report to our Organizational Support Supervisor for daily tasking and assignment. FLEET MAINTENANCE SUPPORT This area supports all the vehicles within the organization specifically you will be responsible for daily, weekly and monthly jobs associated with overall appearance and minor operational status. This will include:
Fueling Trucks Washing and Detailing Inspection, Review and reporting of overall functionality Minor repairs as assigned This activity may include being dispatched for parts or other maintenance needs GROUND SUPPORT This area supports all facilities owned, managed or maintained by the organization. This will include The daily, weekly, monthly support activities that include:
Yard and Lot Cleanup Outside sweeping, blowing and raking BUILDING SUPPORT This area supports all physical facilities owned, managed or maintained by the organization. This may include being dispatched for parts or other maintenance needs. This will include daily, weekly, monthly support activities that include:
Building Inspection, Review and Reporting Responding to building maintenance actions as tasked Providing unscheduled building cleanup actions as needed SHOP SUPPORT This area supports all shop activities in a general labor or utility capacity. This will include:
Assisting trained mechanics as needed Providing cleaning and support services in the shop area as tasked Providing parts support such as receiving and stocking incoming parts, providing basic Inventory control and parts counting This activity may include being dispatched for parts or other maintenance needs WAREHOUSE SUPPORT This area supports all warehouse facilities owned, managed or maintained by the organization. This could include:
Space review and cleanup In and Out Labor (This activity may require offsite travel)Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
