Job Summary
Effectively manage all operations of the Maintenance Department at Calhoun Fibers & Caltex facilities maximizing the utilization of production capacity, maintaining a safe work environment, providing a quality product to all customers, and maintaining a competitive cost. This person practices and supports an environment of BLAST principles and high performance, helping to achieve the mission of becoming the employer and supplier of choice.
Job Duties/Responsibilities :
Maintaining and submitting all annual, semi-annual, monthly and daily reports to the EPA, EPD, Utility companies and internal inventory control personnel.
Establish and manage preventative/ predictive maintenance systems to improve equipment uptime.
Set up and manage all major maintenance projects.
Interact and coordinate information between contractors and management.
Responsible for all annual required training for maintenance department, providing all necessary training documentation to plant safety coordinator.
Responsible for maintaining all required logs, keeping current and up to date and available for inspections/audits.
Set up the Daily Schedule Control, and maintain backlog and work order list for all preventative maintenance and routine maintenance.
Requisitioning services, parts and supplies in JDE.
Promote Safety through Behavior Based Safety program.
Assure good communications at all levels.
Attends weekly staff meeting with management.
Assure maintenance department is kept clean and organized at all times.
All other duties assigned by management.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years successful hands-on management experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably a Maintenance role in a Heatset/Twisting Yarn Operation.
Mechanical and electrical experience.
Excellent trouble-shooting and problem solving skills to minimize downtime.
Ability to build a strong team, including performing skill assessments and developing training plans.
Computer skills in MS Office, Excel, Purchasing System, Outlook, preferred.
Ability to effectively communicate information both verbally and in writing.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
