Cahaba GBA Human Resources serves as a strategic partner in developing the Company's overall Talent Management Strategy. Human Resources provides a full range of centralized, comprehensive services and functions including recruitment and selection, associate relations, associate health, learning and development and essential compensation and benefits communications.

Primary Responsibilities
The CGBA Associate Health Case Manager (AHCM) is accountable for case management of Workers' Compensation case types. The ACHM is responsible for proper documentation, recordkeeping, and communication among manager, associate, third party adjuster (TPA), Human Resources and providers of care. Additionally responsible for planning, coordinating and implementing nursing care to improve the overall health of associates and to reduce absenteeism and on the job injuries or illnesses.

Summary of Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or active pursuit of a four year degree is required
Registered Nurse with an active license in the state of Alabama
Minimum of three years of registered nursing experience, preferably with occupational health, critical care/emergency and/or medical/surgical background
Knowledgeable of OSHA regulations for blood borne pathogens
Maintain a basic CPR/AED certification
Experience in EKG interpretation
Experience with Workers' Compensation is preferred
Occupational health, critical care/emergency and/or medical/surgical background is preferred

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
