Warehouse Laborer
Penn Ridge is the leading provider of Transportation, Logistics and Home Delivery services to businesses throughout the United States providing services to various big box retailers.
We are seeking to hire a full time enthusiastic and motivated individual for a warehouse position at our Romulus Location. This position requires a self-starter who can manage, organize and keep constant flow in a warehouse environment. Must be motivated to work and continue to learn more on a day to day process as we do promote from within.

Computer knowledgeable as we deal with multiple programs
Used RF scanners
Home delivery or distribution background
Warehouse experience
Responsibilities and Duties:
The loading and Unloading of Trailers with the use of a hand truck/pallet jack.
Proper staging of product in the warehouse
Pulling product to set up delivery routes
Conducting daily Inventory of materials in the warehouse
Checking in the Delivery Teams at the end of day
Filing Organizational Paperwork
Work with customer staff in performing daily duties
Assist Delivery Teams during loading and unloading of materials coming in and going out
Consult with managerial personnel in order to meet operational goals
Unloading appliance trailers
Must be able to lift approximately 50 to 100 pounds
Inventory management
Keeping warehouse clean and organized
Unloading and staging product for delivery
Scanning with an RF scanner
Shipping product
Receiving product
Determine response needed to deal with emergencies, accidents, and breakdowns.
Other duties as assigned.
Must be able to pass background check and drug screening.
