General Manager

POSITION
Summary:
The General Manager is responsible for all employees (22), physical site, and general operations of the Clarksville, TN plant. S/he has responsibility for the profit and loss of the Clarksville Division business, including by directing sales activities, managing expenses, overseeing the supply chain, and assuming responsibility for planning.
KEY DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
o Provide clear direction and vision to employees to drive engagement and attract talent.
o Develop sales, and manage expenses and operations to ensure on-time delivery of quality products and attain division profitability.
o Develop monthly and annual sales projections and budgets.
o Oversee the production supervisors and staff, including in the areas of shipping/receiving and quality.
o Serve as lead purchasing agent for major materials and services.
o Develop customer service strategy for ensuring customer satisfaction, directly calling on important customers.
o Work closely with Gonzalez Group, LLC President/CEO to finalize plans and implementation strategies.
Qualifications:
o Strong analytical skills; ability to prioritize tasks and organize workload, and handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously,
o Strong financial management experience, skills and abilities,
o Ability to lead, manage, and collaborate; high ethical standards; team-first approach,
o BS/BA preferred, MBA helpful,
o 7
years' managerial experience in manufacturing, and
o Clear and organized written and verbal communication skills.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
