Customer Service Representative

We currently have two Customer Service openings for our client in Santa Fe Springs, CA. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for managing different company accounts and assisting the clients from start to finish with their orders. Responsible for acting as a liaison between customers and companies. Assists with complaints, orders, errors, account questions, billing, cancellations, and other queries.
Primary responsibilities
Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, and mail
Follow up with multiple departments throughout the company to handle issues or to find answers
Managed the product until it has been shipped out and billed to the client
Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information.
Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling.
Advise on company information.
Place or cancel orders.
Suggest solutions when a product malfunctions.
Utilize computer technology to handle high call volumes.
Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
Close out or open call record
Must have SAP and Excel experience
Must also have strong communication and problem solving skills, and the ability to handle high stress and multitasking.
Pay $15-$18 D.O.EEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
