Seeking driven, resilient, results focused technical selling manager to take over its North Eastern & Central Florida Territory, currently generating $5,000,000 revenue annually with a potential of $7,000,000 in the forward 12-24 months.
Expanding Electrical Equipment Sales Organization with a national focus.
Customer-Prospect base: Investor Owned Utilities; Municipal, Rural Electrical Co-Ops, Engineering, Architectural and Design Firms, Electrical Distributors and Wholesalers.
Electrical Equipment for Transmission & Distribution, Testing, Relay Protection and Control, Substations Monitoring, LED signal & Street Lighting, Lighting Controls, Solar PV Panels.
Products on an exclusive basis from name brand principals including:
o Multinational, fortune 100 manufacturer of electrical T&D power equipment
o Industry leader in electrical test equipment
o Relay, protection and control systems integrator
o Electrical substation hardware supplier
o International LED signal and street lighting manufacturer
o National Lighting photo-controls manufacturer
o Substation monitoring and diagnostic equipment provider
o Fortune 100 PV Solar Panel manufacturer
Should be skilled at developing existing customers, prospecting and farming new potential customers. Should have technical selling competencies and experience in electrical power, mechanical engineering, lighting, battery technology, renewable energy. Ideally should have sales management competencies and experience in these competitive technical markets.
Requires electrical equipment sales experience selling to utilities & large end users. Ideal candidate should have experience managing a direct sales organization selling technical products. Best home location in mid, east Florida.
Open to candidates with strong other sales and sales management experience.
Successful candidate has potential in 2-3 years to take over entire region of Florida, head up regional sales team of 4-6 sales professionals.
Full time 1099 position with good draw. Initial income target from commission earnings in excess of $100,000 annually. Good upside. Opportunity to become partner and for succession.
