Summary:
Interface with key business users to create business requirements, conduct gap analysis and configuration of applications.
This position is responsible for conducting the analysis of business problems in HR and Payroll systems of defined scope.
This job will have the following
Responsibilities:
To provides technical assistance to the HR / Payroll organization for identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures which are cost effective and meet user requirements.
Create specifications for systems to meet business requirements.
Support end-users for report requirements and report generation.
Coordinates with all organizations involved to ascertain system requirements such as program functions, output requirements, input data acquisition and systems techniques and controls.
Adhere to departmental standards and procedures and develop system operations and quality metrics to insure continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Requirements:
The candidate should have a BS degree preferred not required with 5
years of experience working in a technical environment, with direct customer / end-user support experience, basic knowledge of HR or Payroll business processes, systems integration requirements and good problem solving skills.
Experience with PeopleSoft HCM is a huge plus.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
