Job responsibilities include:
Utilizing the internal CRM to track and manage applicants.
Place and Manage job postings, on various job boards.
Develop creative recruiting resources to attract qualified individuals.
Network with different resources to locate the top qualified candidates.
Responsible for screening candidates to ensure their qualifications meet job expectations.
Conduct reference checks, drug screens, and background screenings.
Requirements:
Precious recruiting experience in staffing or corporate environment is a plus.
Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Previous Customer Service experience.
High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Positive and upbeat attitude.
Ability to work full time, as well as overtime when needed.
This position will be paying $12-$16/hr DOE
commissions, health benefits, 401k, dental, vacation, holiday.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
