Community Association Manager

Community Association Manager

Responsibilities:
o Manage the day to day operations of a developer portfolio of Homeowner Associations
o Review financial statements, prepare budgets and present to Boards
o Market to homeowner associations within the area to acquire management contracts
o Communicate with Board, Resident and Owners
o Apply and adhere to company standards and Florida applicable legislation
o Prepare for and attend regular board meetings as required
o Enforce community restrictions
o Conduct regular property inspections to ensure curb appeal
o Solicit bids, negotiate contracts, manage Vendors and verify contractor information
o Provide excellent customer service and deal with issues to ensure positive Board relationships are maintained
Experience &
Qualifications:
o 3
years' experience managing a portfolio of communities as Licensed Community Association Manager
o Marketing services to homeowner associations within the area
o Confident personality with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
o Self-starter with a pro-active approach to community association management
o Must be proficient in MS Office Suite software - Word, Excel and Outlook.
o Good interpersonal skills and professionalism is required
o LCAM is required
Salary: $55,000 Plus comprehensive benefits package including healthcare, 2 weeks' vacation, holidays and personal days; 401k; Mileage reimbursement, cell.
