Flooring Support Professional - ME
Our client is a leading retailer servicing the needs of a high-end client base in Southern Maine. This company is looking for a Flooring Support Professional, who has a strong desire to become part of a team. The perfect individual will be instrumental in assisting the sales team in achieving goals and contributing to the overall success of the company. This position, above all, requires an individual who is detail oriented and well-organized, an individual whose second nature is to double check their work and strives for excellence and perfection.
-Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with customers and co-workers, in a courteous and polite fashion
-Answer telephones, greet customers, direct them to and explain products
-Maintain the appearance of the showroom
-Assist in the follow-up on orders, installations and customer support
Required Qualifications
-Stellar track record of customer service, in a support role
-Basic computer skills with a proficiency in MS office are required
-High level of computer skills and the ability to learn new systems and techniques quickly will greatly assist with the ability to provide support to staff members, and to implement solutions to problems that may arise
-Experience in flooring products is preferred
-Successful applicant should have a strong desire to learn, and be willing to gain a working knowledge of the duties of the entire administrative staff
