Lead Psychologist

PsychPros, Inc. is recruiting a Lead Psychologist in the Harrisburg, PA area.
The scope of the role is comprehensive and includes the following:
o Supporting the Director of Psychological Services through extensive collaboration and planning.
o Supervising full and part-time Psychologists, as well as Behavioral Support staff, who serve the high school population of over 800 students.
o Assisting the Director of Psychological Services with doctoral internship responsibilities.
o Collaborating extensively within the School to ensure whole child care (scholastic, residential, health center, safety, etc.).
o Serving as a member of several division teams.
o Assisting in the development, implementation, coordination and assessment of proactive and capacity-building programming and initiatives.
o Managing administrative duties such as budgeting and planning.
o Coordinating clinical matters with the Director, and collaborating with the Lead Psychologists of the Elementary and Middle Division.
o Carrying a part-time psychologist caseload responsibility. This includes playing a key role in managing particularly complex cases.
o Interfacing with parents and student sponsors as needed.
o Participating in the on-call rotation, which provides emergency psychological services to students on a 24-hour, 7-day-a-week, year-round basis.
o Developing and delivering staff training for psychological staff, as well as MHS employees.
o Serving as the designee in absence of the Director of Psychological Services.
o Assuming other managerial duties as needed.
Requirements:
o Doctorate in counseling, clinical, school psychology or closely-related field from an APA-approved program.
o Holding or working towards a Pennsylvania certification as a school psychologist.
o Minimum of 5 years of experience as a psychologist, preferably working with low-income youth.
o At least 3 years of supervisory experience strongly preferred.
o Expertise in psychological/diagnostic testing.
o Knowledgeable in psychotherapy, federal and state law, professional ethics and clinical procedures.
o Demonstrated ability to effectively multi-task in a dynamic environment, as well as manage projects to meet deadlines in a quality fashion.
o Demonstrated effective leadership skills, particularly skills in collaboration

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
