As this Project Manager, your projects will run the full gamut of the public and private sector disciplines. Specifically, you will:
o Work on Land Development Design, Design of Grading, Street, Sewer, Water and Storm Drain Plans and Profiles, Hydrology Studies, SUSMP, SWPPP and Water Quality Plans.
o Cost Estimates, Earthwork Quantities, Retaining Walls design, Plot Plans and Tentative Maps.
This Project Manager Has:
o Licensed Civil Engineer (PE) with a minimum of 5 years' experience in Project Management and Coordination of Land Development Projects.
o Land Development, Design, & Surveying Experience.
