Position
Summary:
Direct and coordinate production of assembly and tube operations for distribution and sales of hydraulic hose assemblies.
Control and organize the production schedule
Work with Quality Team to ensure quality production of OEM shipments to customers that meet or exceed Customer quality and delivery requirements.
Work with Quality Team developing process control and work instructions.
Track production data analyzing data for process improvement
Metrics: efficiency, overtime, on time delivery, capacity, training matrix, safety, etc.
Develop and monitor production processes / standards
Determine production staffing needs
Manage production staff including training of employees
Develop and monitor production tools and machinery
Work with purchasing by reviewing orders and schedules for inventory requirements
Direct and maintain facility safety program.
Apply lean manufacturing and 5S principles.
Contribute in the management of OEM Customer relationships, including Customer Service and Product Application Knowledge
Do not buy much from other companies, more of a logistic process.
Efficiency, on time delivery, monitor targets.


Must Haves / Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
Operations background and process improvement
7
years of experience with manufacturing processes, production, operations, and/or maintenance
Lean background such as 5S,Six Sigma

Preferences:
Prefer someone with knowledge of hydraulic hose and tube assemblies
Knowledge with ERP system, CNC machinery, inventory
Prefer Six Sigma Certied

MUST be eligible to work in the US without Sponsorship now or in the future.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
