A MedShape Weight Loss Sales Counselor will be responsible for driving the day to day customer service, executing approved sales and marketing plans, ensuring the efficient drive applies.
Candidates must have proven service related sales experience, be knowledgeable, enthusiastic, results oriented, entrepreneurial and passionate about the success of the company. Candidates must be able to develop and maintain influential relationships with MedShape patients and business leaders within the community.
Successful Consultants Will possess the Following:
- Commissioned sales experience and strong communication skills and a high level of empathy required.

Responsibilities and duties:
As a MedShape Weight Loss Counselor you will be responsible for
- Converting leads into patients
- Selling Packages and products to save the patient money
You must develop a solid understanding of the products, services and supplements and be able to educate the patient on them.
- Providing weekly weigh in support, advice and consulting to patients to ensure a successful weight loss
- Communicating with the patients, determining and offering an individualized plan that is best for them
- Motivating the patients to continue with the program and encourage them to succeed by complying with the program
- Answering any concerns patients may have
- Basic mathematics skills are required in order to do calculations
- Advise clients about topics such as eating a healthy diet, developing an effective exercise regime and making healthy lifestyle choices.
- Assist patients with advice and practical solutions for losing weight
- Celebrate patients success with them
- Use charts, pamphlets and educational materials to provide advice about specific lifestyle habits and options available to the patient

Our work schedule is Tuesday through Saturday. With extended weekends off rotating. Compensation is salary plus commission for an expected combined range between $30,000 - $80,000
