Clinical Supervisor- 1M
Maxim Healthcare Services is currently seeking an Clinical Supervisor.
The Clinical Supervisor (CS) is held accountable to all federal, state, contract/program and Maxim requirements, and is responsible for clinical oversight from admissions through discharge of clients/patients served.
This oversight will include supervision of care management (as required by regulation or contract) and personnel management associated with the clinical delivery.
Where applicable or required by the state regulations the CS may me administrator.
The CS is also responsible for the orientation of caregivers and ongoing evaluation of caregivers.
Critical to this role is the assurance of clinical skills and competency of caregivers.
This position will include ongoing personnel development through education and training of caregivers under the direction of the Clinical Manager.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Functions as significant Clinical Partner with respective Operational partner Participates in client engagement through care planning and excellent customer service Provides clinical oversight and case management as required by regulations or business line Functions as clinical account supervisor as required by contract (schools, corrections etc.
) Provides and assures client care coordination/transition management activities across the continuum Facilitates the orientation process, competency and skills validation process for caregivers Assures that competency and skill set match the client requirements regardless of setting Provides supervisory oversight for a specific client population or employee population as directed by regulations or contract Collaborates with the clinical team to perform documentation review Provides education to Team Members, Patients, Caregivers, Family and Referral Sources Develops direct reports through 90 day evaluations and at a minimum annual feedback sessions on performance and development based on Key Process Indicators (KPI's) and competencies Follows disciplinary processes as necessary including reeducation and documentation Participates in clinical quality initiative activities Performs clinical interviews and participates in hiring decisions in collaboration with Clinical Manager or Director of Clinical Operations Rotates on-call responsibilities with other Clinical Supervisors per a schedule established by the office and as required by contract Held accountable to all local, state and federal contract/program and Maxim requirements Where applicable or required by state regulations CS may be the administrator Performs all other duties as assigned by Clinical Manager Maxim Healthcare Services is one of the leading providers of medical staffing, home health and wellness services in the United States.

QualificationsMinimum Requirements:
