Human Resource Manager

Summary Responsible for delivering and coordinating all human resource activities and initiatives for the Sales function.
Acts as a point of contact for employees and all levels of management within the sales organization.
Provides direct services in a number of human resources areas and functions as the business's link to various HR functions.
Essential Job Functions Interacts on a daily basis with management in assuring the delivery of all human resources initiatives.
Advises leadership on all human resources issues and initiatives impacting the organization's business goals and objectives.
Provides advice and counsel on organizational effectiveness strategies and organization structure design improvements.
Acts as coach to managers on employee performance, employee relations issues and other people management programs.
Oversees the recruitment efforts for the sales organization.
Develops communication initiatives to align employees with the business goals and objectives and to address employee concerns.
Develops and manages talent acquisition/retention programs and workforce planning initiatives and facilitates succession planning.
Ensures compensation and benefits programs are in place and managed to support established goals objectives.
Works closely with the business, Finance, and others as needed to design and administer compensation programs.
Leads the development of organizational assessment initiatives to ensure effective structure and processes are in place.
Provides leadership to establish a team-based culture with emphasis on ensuring diversity.
Ensures performance metrics and performance evaluation processes are in place and managed to tie individual team performance to established goals and objectives.
Ensures compliance with all employment laws/regulations.
Assesses training needs.
Works independently or with partners to design and deliver training programs based upon training needs assessment.
Supports change management efforts as needed.
Acts as liason to corporate staff functions, ensuring compliance objectives are met and process and procedures are followed.
Supports corporate initiatives, including any lingering integration projects.
Education/License Requirements BA/BS in Human Resource Management or related area.
Advanced degree in Human Resource Management, Business or a related field a plus.
Experience Requirements 10
years of HR generalist experience, 3 to 5 years within a corporate environment.
Experience supporting a multi-state field organization (preferably a Sales organization but open to other funcitons) Experience with managing compensation plans, challenges and administration.
Compensation design experience preferred.
Familiarity with compensation and benefits programs.
Analytical, good Excel skills Excellent interpersonal skills - able to establish credibility with business executives, sales managers and sales reps Employee relations experience with exempt, non-exempt and hourly employee populations.
Recruiting and internal staffing experience Organizational needs assessment experience including developing action plans.
Experience requesting, analyzing, and managing HRIS data.
Experience developing and implementing employee communication initiatives.
Experience with job evaluations and preparation of job descriptions.
Understanding of employment law and diversity/EEOC compliance and promotion.
Experience delivering training programs and making presentations to senior management.
Experience coaching both managers and employees.
Supervisory Responsibilities Indirect supervision of Corporate Human Resources team consisting of a Recruiter and an HR Coordinator.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
