Regional Manager - Youth Programs - National Sports Brand
MUST HAVE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE in the Health and Fitness industry! FULL TIME
The Regional Program Manager is responsible for driving revenue through the execution of youth fitness programming in a specific geography of clubs that host Sports Club for Kids (SCFK) programming.
The Regional Sports Club for Kids Manager reports directly to the Sr. Director Sports Club for Kids.
Job Responsibilities
Execute established youth programming including swim, party, camp and specialty events that drive program revenue in our clubs.
Spend in-depth qualitative time with each club's program management team to support the effective execution of club programming and ensuring delivery to established standards.
Develop relationships with the club management teams to ensure the entire business supports the SCfK programming initiatives.
Identify opportunities to use our pools, babysitting and programming space in creative and innovative ways to drive more revenue.
Leverage the club's presence in the community by leading outreach activities designed to inform and invite potential customers into our clubs to use our programs.
Lead the resolution of member issues related to SCfK programming through effective local team coaching and direct member interaction
Build and develop high performing teams in delivering the financial commitment of the SCfK programs and delivering the highest quality member experience.
Drive club level SCfK staffing by leveraging industry contacts and building a pipeline of talent for the clubs.
Oversee SCfK club scheduling to ensure maximum coverage and to protect key business hours.
Provide effective operational guidance to club level management teams to successfully execute youth programming.
Work under the direct leadership of the Sr. Director, SCfK to develop regional programming budgets and to establish metrics to effectively measure performance.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or related experience in lieu of degree

years of management experience and/or program management experience
Prior experience managing a youth program desk helpful
AED/CPR certificationEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
