Data Protection Technical Content Specialist Course Developer - Remote
Core Responsibilities Include:
Project managing curriculum development projects
Maintaining data protection industry expertise and gather and maintain company Data Protection product expertise, using this knowledge to develop/maintain training programs for company partners, customers and employees using blended learning methods and following department standards
Developing instructor-led and web-based training classes, assessments, practical exams
Position Requirements Include:
Ten years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience (technical role in Data Protection (backup, CDP, replication) such as professional services, tech support, presales, R & D, product management)
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Experience managing projects and the ability to handle multiple tasks/projects concurrently
Excellent organizational/time management, planning and prioritization skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Extensive experience in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
