Microbiologist- QC
Job Description:
o Collects purified water samples from various USP purified water loops used to manufacture or test drug products o Prepares media used in the microbiological testing of bulk pharmaceutical chemicals, drug products and components o Perform growth promotion testing for purchased and prepared media o Samples raw materials and/or finished products for microbial testing o Collects environmental samples for microbiological analysis o Conduct aseptic samplings for evaluation of compressed air and cleaning/sanitization processes o Perform basic identification of microorganisms (Gram stain) o Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the laboratory o Prepares samples for shipment to outside contract laboratory for microbiological testing o Performs related support activities and duties as assigned o Experience working in a regulated environment a plus Why Kelly ?With Kelly, you'll have access to some of the world's highest-regarded scientific organizations'providing you with opportunities to work on today's most challenging, research-intensive, and relevant projects.
