Job Description Principal Accountabilities1.
Prepares materials needed by the CEO and senior staff for conferences, appointments, meetings, or telephone calls, and informs CEO on matters to be considered.
Frequently drafts letters for signature or responds to inquiries without further review.
Screens calls and either refers them to senior staff for resolution or gathers background data needed for manager's response.
Delegates issues to others in the CEO's absence, and follows up to assure completion.

Develops and/or obtains data from multiple sources in order to complete periodic and special reports.
Involves use of complex spreadsheet or database applications.
Relieves manager of administrative tasks whenever possible.
Designs spreadsheets and uses graphics packages to display data or presentation material.

Regularly completes complex administrative projects requiring cross-functional coordination and an in-depth knowledge of the organization.
Analyzes output of reports and points out discrepancies to either data originator or manager.

Exercises considerable judgment to solve a wide range of complex problems.
Performs work without appreciable direction or review; has some latitude in determining priorities.
Exercises a high degree of tact and judgment to determine action to be taken and to influence people in all types of positions.
Often handles matters of a highly sensitive nature, such as impending organization changes, corporate financial performance, and critical personnel actions.

Contacts persons at various levels within and outside the organization about matters which require explanation, discussion and/or approval6.
Operates with continuous deadline pressure and time constraints; assignments often require immediate response.
Must often concurrently plan and resolve multiple issues, requiring attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and follow-through on issues in a timely manner.

Arranges demanding travel schedule and reservations for senior staff, including coordination of complex executive meetings with internal teams, customers, and/or suppliers, either locally or in international settings.

Coordinates CEO's calendar, requiring numerous interactions with internal/external managers, assistants, customers, investors, and employees.
9.
Coordinates Company-s participation in community and public relations events with the Director of Human Resources.
10.
Performs other job-related duties as required.
Requirements Minimum Requirements- Associate's Degree and 3-5 years of experience OR 5-7 years of directly related experience and on-the-job training.
- Position requires social sensitivity and effective communications skills.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and familiarity with other administrative systems (Lotus Notes, SAP, ADP).
Physical Demands- Requires the ability to use a computer on a frequent basis.
- May have to remain stationary for extended periods, but also needs to be mobile enough to navigate through work areas.
- Must be able to communicate clearly with fellow workers.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
