Orthopedic Surgical / General Surgery PA - Milford, CT
Full-Time Physician Assistant (PA) wanted for an established, hospital-based, Orthopedic Surgical Practice located in Milford, Connecticut. The practice may consider strong newer graduates but would highly prefer experienced PA candidates. This position is available immediately.
The PA will work in both a First Assist surgical role (40%) as well as on the Surgical Floor (60%) rounding on patients and providing post-operative care. The Orthopedic practice specializes in total joint reconstruction (hip, knee, shoulder, elbow) and replacement and the Physician Assistant will work exclusively with no more than 2 of the group's Orthopedic Surgeons. Additional income opportunity is available for the Physician Assistant in the group's outpatient Orthopedic Urgent Care facility - though this is not required.
Days / Hours are Monday-Friday (8am-4pm) with earlier surgery mornings. No call required. Very Competitive Salary, Medical Benefits, 401(k), PTO, CME reimbursement

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
