Manager CAD Drafting and Design
Advanced Architectural Products is searching for a Engineering Department Manager with Auto CAD experience for our manufacturing facility in Hamilton , Mi. The successful candidate will not only need to have a minimum of 5 years experience managing and mentoring a team but must also be able to work on his/her own project.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years experience in Exterior Cladding or Curtain Wall Systems.
Proficient in Auto CAD.
Able to multitask.
Engineering Degree helpful but not necessary.
Leadership capabilities which include directing a team of CAD operators, setting expectations, monitoring team members, QA/QC of drawings, developing audit standards.
Ability to provide a general strategic guidance for the Engineering Department.
Experience with Microsoft Office.
Diverse project knowledge of exterior cladding systems.
