Shall:
Research markets.
Identify new market opportunities and develop appropriate marketing and sales plans.
Monitor organization's market share and competition.
Cultivate C-Level executives at A&E, ENR, and EPC firms developing Municipal and State level government clients as well as C-Level Executives at Fortune 1000 firms.
Leverage managers and teams to drive revenue and profitability growth.
Grapple with market forces and stakeholder dynamics while maintaining balance of customer satisfaction, growth and profitability.
Develops succession plans for each sales territory.
Review and assess market data, pricing trends, commission and labor costs to drive revenue and profitability.
Travel to attend company functions, customer meetings, and provide critical and developmental oversight of Account Managers.
