We are a Commercial Flooring Subcontractor. We are looking for a project foreman to take jobs we are awarded and run the project from the field.
Job entails:
-handling numerous jobs at a time
-assigning the right amount of installers to each job
-making sure the installers are aware of what they are doing before showing up to the job.
-making sure installers show up on time
-in constant contact with the job's Superintendent/Project Manager and our office to make sure everything is running smoothly.
-changes are always occurring out in the field, job requires knowing what those changes are and reporting it to the office for change order approval before work is to be completed if not part of original contract.
-ordering materials for each job if necessary and making sure installers have the correct tools and materials for those jobs.
English/Spanish speaker recommended but not limited to.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
