Job Description:
Interface with Mechanical Assy. production support team and work to support cell represented employees including operator training and certification.
Create and update detailed mechanical assembly work instructions for a production work force utilizing the technical data requirements for these products.
Experience with related Military and Industry Standards and Specifications Disposition non-conforming material with root cause and corrective action analysis as required plan, develop, manage and document manufacturing fixtures and tooling Conduct TDP/MDP Verification and perform First Article inspection assuring hardware and documentation meets all requirements flowed down from the TDP. (Internal)
Access and utilize Shop Floor Data management (VM) software.
Also be familiar with other systems used in manufacturing such as PDM, ACMS, PRISM and VBS. (Internal) Interface with Design Engineering to resolve issues identified in production.
Strong Computer skill requirements include but are not limited to use of Microsoft Office Products suite and Lotus Notes Strong teaming and communication skills.
Required Education
BSME, BSIE, or equivalent technical degree.
Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing Working knowledge of AutoCAD.
Experience: 5
years' experience.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
