Database Report Writing Analyst

Our client is currently seeking a Database Report Writing Analyst.
Responsible for data analysis and management reporting.
Creates/designs and runs database reports using PC platforms or report writing tools based on end-user needs.
Incorporates end user requests and requirements to develop an enterprise reporting solution.
Identifies appropriate metrics on which to report and utilizes software to generate metrics and develop actionable recommendations.
Provides support to research team or management by collecting, analyzing data and reporting results.
Collaborates with various function teams such as marketing, research, IT to achieve business results.
Must have expertise in SQL programming and have in-depth proficiency in data extraction and reporting techniques.
May train end-users on report writing.
WORK EXPERIENCE GUIDELINES7 or more years of IT work experience in DBMS support and/or analysis, software application development, or report writing using appropriate tools and platforms (e.
g.
, SQL, Crystal Reports, etc.
).
3 or more years of work experience designing and creating highly complex database reports.
Requires in-depth knowledge and proficiency in data extraction and reporting techniques and in the use of database and report-writing tools and platforms.
EDUCATION GUIDELINES:
Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related discipline, o equivalent work experience.
BREADTH:
Expert/lead technical role.
Designs, develops and supports database reports of high complexity within a broad technical and/or business contextof significant or strategic impact.
Works on varied, highly complex projects that require expertise in multiple technical environments and specificbusiness area(s).
Recognized as an expert internally and often provides strategic direction, guidance and integration of products and services.
Works on one or more projects concurrently as a project team member or often as a project lead.
May coach and/or mentor more junior technicalstaff.
SKILLS:
Experience with SQL Server 2012, T-SQL, Stored proceduresBasic knowledge of report design and creation using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)Familiarity with Excel Pivot tables, functions, and macrosGood understanding of RDBMS concepts and data modelingAny exposure to Data Analysis and BI is a plus.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
