You will be providing nursing care in accordance with the client's plan of care to include comprehensive health and psychosocial evaluation, monitoring of the client's condition, health promotion and prevention coordination of services, teaching and training activities and direct nursing care.
We re looking for someone that has good management and time management skills.
You will be working with various staff at the agency from Home Health Aides to therapists to physicians.
Duties will include assessments, care plans, supervising Home Health Aides and evaluations. You will be responsible for keeping up with current drug therapies.

Compensation:
Start of Care $85-100, Regular visit $50, Evaluations $75

Experience Required:
Minimum of one year experience in Home Health or Acute Hospital setting.

Education Requirements:
Must hold a degree from an accredited nursing school.

Computer Skills Required:
Must be computer literate

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
