HVAC Service Technician

If you want to accelerate your career growth, you need to stop thinking about just today. Instead, think about this year, next year, even the next 20 years. Think about the opportunity with a company that values what you do every day. Think about a company that is founded on Core Values that believe in: We will do what we will say we will do. We will strive for and be judged by our work and accomplishments. We believe in our future and will invest in ourselves. We will enjoy life, work passionately, play hard, love and enjoy our family and friends.
For example, take this search we are working on now. It involves our Company division, Air Technologies, who is looking for an experienced Service Technician.
If you're interested - here's what the first year (and beyond) is all about. For any Service Technician, this is a dream job - the right company, the right products, and the ability to establish and maintain the right relationships. Not to mention, achieving the highest levels of customer service, and additional perks for achieving top results. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Servicing, troubleshooting, and repairing air compressors and related accessories in customer facilities.
- Provide detailed failure analysis as well as equipment/system recommendations to improve reliability and/or performance.
- Completing work reports detailing work performed as well as parts lists and other required paperwork.
- Maintaining service vehicle with proper equipment, tools, and parts to promote efficient, factory approved methods for servicing equipment.
- Projecting a positive and professional image of Air Technologies to customers, vendors, and co-workers.
- Install turnkey systems: including aluminum compressed air piping installation, drain line installation and factory certified equipment start up procedures.
From the first day, it is your dream job. The right company, the right products, the ability to establish and maintain internal/external relationships. There are things like the compensation, the company, the people and the location that make it a great opportunity. However, none of this matters unless the right career with us, makes sense to you.
If you can accomplish the above, you've got what it takes. Realistically though, you need technical and mechanical skills. If you have Compressed Air System product knowledge or Electro-Pneumatic Control system experience, you'll be able to accelerate your effectiveness and impact. Knowledge of wiring schematics, troubleshooting control systems and experience with air piping systems are also a plus. If you have it, you know why. If you don't, ask someone who does, and if they think you can do the work, or they'll help you through it, let's talk anyway.
We are committed to positive attitudes, strong work ethics, and a commitment to the concept of doing it right the first time. Is this you?
And as always, we are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
