Manager In Training
Fresh West Marketing is currently looking to fill our Manager in Training position. Trainees can expect to learn the skills needed to market a service, acquire customers, hire new employees and manage individuals. Trainees can expect to gain experience in sales, marketing, recruiting, management and basic financial principals.
Responsibilities
Direct sales and marketing
Recruiting and training new employees
Monitoring team members and providing ongoing training
Account Management
Other various activities
Successful trainees can expect to:

Requirements/Skills
Must have valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation
Outgoing personality
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Entrepreneurial spirit
Critical thinking skills
Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word experience
Previous marketing or sales experience preferred but not requiredEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
