If you are an ambitious and entrepreneurial individual with a strong interest in sales, join the Medispa Walk-In Tub team! We are looking for driven and competitive Outside Sales Consultants to sell our exclusive Walk-in Tub products and services to potential customers. In your role as an Outside Sales Consultant, you will meet with prospective customers in their homes and make sales presentations. This position requires no prospecting! Your appointments will all be preset, pre-qualified and assigned to you daily, leaving you free to do what you do best - sell!
Outside Sales Consultant - Medispa Walk-In Tub
Job Responsibilities
As an Outside Sales Consultant, you will be provided with warm, pre-qualified, pre-set appointments and expected to make in-home sales calls Monday through Saturday. Sales calls will average approximately 2 hours and one-call closes are common.
Your specific duties as an Outside Sales Consultant will include:
o Making professional consultative sales presentations and proposals to prospective customers via in-home, face-to-face sales calls using laptop PC demos
o Identifying positive features and advantages of our line of the Medispa Walk-In Tub
o Conferring with prospective customers to determine their individual safety and therapeutic bathing needs
o Negotiating and closing sales
o Meeting or exceeding assigned sales quotas on a consistent basis
o Submitting all job and contract documentation via fax and hard copy on a timely basis
o Attending sales meetings once per month
Outside Sales Consultant - Medispa Walk-In Tub
Requirements
As an Outside Sales Consultant, you must be self-motivated, competitive and driven by a desire to earn. You must also be comfortable selling high-end, brand-name products in a fast-paced and professional environment. It is also vital for your role as an Outside Sales Representative that you have excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills, with an assertive and savvy personality. You must also be an honest and ethical individual who is willing to learn our proven structured sales system.
Specific qualifications for the Outside Sales Consultant position include:
o Sales experience preferred but not required - will train
o Solid math skills and the ability to take accurate measurements
o Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle
o Willing to work days, evenings and Saturdays
o Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe applications
o Own laptop PC or Ipad
o Military experience a plus
o Women encouraged to apply
o Recent college graduation a plus

The products you sell are of the highest quality, are exclusive to us and come directly from the manufacturer. We also have an excellent payment system in which you will be paid immediately for the sales you close - no draw, no waiting. When you make a sale, you will receive half of your commission within the next pay period, and then the rest once the installation job has been completed. You will also receive comprehensive training in our product line and our proven sales system. Your first two days with us will consist of intensive classroom and field training and you will earn commissions in your first week. Thereafter, you will attend ongoing training meetings every month. We also prefer to promote from within, so you will have plenty of opportunity to advance with us. We value and appreciate your hard work and professional dedication as an Outside Sales Consultant and will reward you with a compensation package that includes uncapped commissions and many other incentives.
