CEI Office Engineer (Contract Support Specialist)
CPC is actively seeking a highly talented CEI Office Engineer/ Contract Support Specialist (CSS) for on-going and up-coming projects located in the Treasure Coast region of Florida. The appropriately qualified applicant will be able to demonstrate experience performing Construction Engineering and Inspection duties on FDOT highway and bridge construction projects. CPC is proud to provide our employees with exciting, challenging projects including various assignments for the Florida Department of Transportation.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
A High School diploma or equivalent and four (4) years of road & bridge Construction Engineering Inspection (CEI) experience having performed/assisted in project related duties (i.e., LIMS, progress and final estimates, EEO compliance, processing Construction Contract changes, etc.) or a Civil Engineering Degree.
o Should exercise independent judgment in planning work details and making technical decisions related to the office aspects of the project.
o Should be familiar with the Department's Procedures covering the project related duties as stated above and be proficient in the computer programs necessary to perform these duties.
o Shall become proficient in Multi-Line and Engineering Menu.
o Requires good communication skills
Qualifications:
CTQP Final Estimates Level II
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
