Admissions Advisor

The Finger Lakes School of Massage in Mt. Kisco is seeking a person who will be an admissions advisor. You must have excellent customer service skills, the desire for a challenge, a passion to learn and grow and a can-do attitude.
Job Description
o Make phone calls to people who have asked for information about FLSM and meet with prospective students and inspire them to take the next step and apply if they are a good match for the school
o Create and maintain a spreadsheet of admissions activities
o Support prospective students as they explore their possibilities of becoming a massage therapist
Knowledge & Skills & Traits
Innovative, confident, self-starter, flexible and willing to advance skills to meet the demand of the job and the market changes
Open to continuous training and development
Exceptional phone voice and personality a MUST
Excellent customer service skills, including authentic and sincere communication
Ability to prioritize and multi-task
Computer skills (MS Office suite of products, web tools)
Knowledge/Passion for healthy and holistic living
Orientation to working within a team
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
