Our FOH Key Hourly Employees must assist all FOH team members by ensuring they have necessary resources to provide guests with a genuine Tupelo Honey Cafe experience that meets operational guidelines and ensures future profitability of store.
FOH Key Hourly:
Skills & Requirements
At least 3 years' experience in FOH service environment as service or management personnel.
Must possess a positive, proactive, constructive teamwork attitude.
Possess good math skills and have the ability to operate a POS system.
Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with all managers, employees, guests and purveyors at all business volume levels
Must be able to move and process information quickly
Must have a working knowledge of the English language.
BOH Key Hourly:
Our BOH Key Hourly positions prepare a variety of food products including meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, sauces, stocks, breads and other food products using a variety of equipment and utensils according to the Daily Prep List. Must have a working knowledge of all line stations. Will ensure food quality, sanitation and proper food handling compliance. Support the CDC and Sous Chefs with BOH supervision and oversee opening and closing of the restaurant. BOH Key Hourly is a key holder - expected to open and close the restaurant.
Skills & Requirements
Previous restaurant experience preferred.
At least 6 months experience in a similar capacity. Some sort of kitchen experience is necessary.
Must be able to communicate clearly with managers and kitchen personnel.
Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds, and use a ladder when necessary.
Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 9 hours).
Must have flexibility of schedule.
