A growing food company is searching for a Production Supervisor in Lake Mills, IA. This position is responsible for ensuring that workforce in designated Departments efficiently and effectively complete work assignments. Supervise all co-workers in designated Departments, including resolution of co-worker conflicts. Communicate any work related issues, downtime and or scheduling production with upper management immediately when issues arise. Responsible for co-worker training and evaluations; collecting, compiling and distributing production and food safety data.
In return, the company offers a good starting salary, benefits and relocation if necessary.
Salary range for this position is $50-60k

Qualifications & Requirements:
-2 year college degree; will consider experience in lieu of degree
-2-5 years of manufacturing supervisory experience in a food or beverage plant REQUIRED
-Must be open to shift
-On-call duties to include nights and weekends
-Bilingual PREFERRED
-Continuous Improvement experience, Six Sigma PREFERRED
