Corporate HQ is located in Manchester, NH - This position can be
located anywhere in the US, as long as they are within commuting distance of a major airport, due to the 50% travel component associated with this role.
Purpose of the Position:
The Manager of Quality Assurance, Safety, Training and Field Compliance assists with rollout and implementation of controls and measurement tools, as well as Company sponsored programs (Safety, Training, QA, Environmental and Security)
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Ensures application and transfer of learning of established performance measures.
Oversees compliance with Operational reporting.
Ensures Company policies, systems, programs, processes, procedures and/or plans are implemented, audited and compliant throughout the organization.
Ensures operations are conducted in accordance with applicable regulations and requirements of the customer airlines.
Enforces accountability practices for operational safety and security throughout the organization.
Partners with Corporate team to ensure changes to programs, policies and systems that affect operational responsibilities or performance are implemented and communicated as soon as feasible toEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
