Client Service Associate
We are looking for a detail oriented motivated individual to join our client's team of experienced Client Service Associates. Ideal candidates will have previous experience in a customer service or client service position using multi-line phones and working in a fast paced environment.
Job
Responsibilities:
Answering incoming calls
Logging client orders/troubleshooting
Providing customer service
Entering data into software system accurately
Our client needs someone who is extremely adaptable to all clientele and has superb phone skills. The majority of the position will be spent over the phone. Someone with a great attitude who takes pride in their work is an ideal employee!
Requirements:
2-5 years previous experience
Proficient in MS excel and MS word
Must be able to work in team and individually
This position is for an immediate hire.
