Full-time Apartment Maintenance
Seeking someone in the Boston area for general apartment and facilities maintenance.
25 hours per week minimum/Up to 40 hours if desired.
Must be available for emergencies.
We have several buildings close to one another.
Essential Job Functions:
-Perform service requests and repairs
-Perform basic carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, drywall, and other repairs
-Lock changes
-Shoveling walks in the winter and spreading salt
-Other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
-Must have a valid driver's license and your own vehicle to travel within the work day between properties (all properties within a short distance).
-Your own basic tools
-Your own cell phone
-Clean background check
Skills:
-Basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall repair
-All general apartment upkeep and maintenance
$17-19 per hour. Based on experience.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
