Corporate Staff Accountant
San Fernando based manufacturer is seeking to add a Staff Accountant to their team. This multi-million dollar privately held organization is growing rapidly. They require an experienced accounting professional to perform full accounting functions.
Responsibilities
Perform journal entry postings, general ledger, bank reconciliations, monthly account reconciliations, variance analysis of actual, forecast and plan results.
Assist in the preparation of the monthly closing and reporting of forecast, plan and actual results.
Prepare monthly operations packages for management review.
Evaluate and recommend improvements to internal controls.
Perform other projects as assigned.

Skills Required

years of accounting experience in similar role
Degree highly preferred
Experience working in a manufacturing environment
Software:
Major ERP (Oracle, SAP, JD Edwards)
Excellent communication skills
Exceptional organizational skills
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
