Responsibilities:
Key member of Senior Executive team,operations, strategic planning and decision making
Working closely with the CEO, you will develop a plan to seek out financing for private equity
You will identify resource requirements and research funding sources
Establish strategies to approach potential investors
Follow all SEC requirements & due diligence
Conduct presentations and follow-ups
Close Private Equity Offering through a PPM
Requirements:
A track record of integrity and performance
A team player
Highly motivated individual with a passion for integrity
At least 10 years of Senior Executive experience as a President, COO, EVP, CMO,
Solid experience with Consumer Internet, Social Media, E-Marketing, Strategic Alliances, Channel Sales & Marketing
Solid respect from investors and financial institutions
Understanding of private equity market dynamics
MBA preferred, but not mandatory
Verifiable track record of success in sourcing & closing private equity transactions
Strong communication and presentation skills
Comfortable networking
Solid list of contacts among industry leaders & high net worth individuals
Ability to hit the ground running
Candidates may reside anywhere in the US and will supply their own office at home or otherwise
