Busy Home Healthcare Agency hiring for a Physical Therapist.
Mobile Personal Services home health care agency has a full-time Per Diem opportunity for a Physical Therapist. The employee will provide physical therapy services in accordance with policies and procedures and in compliance with state and federal regulations. Additionally, the Physical Therapist will be responsible for the direction and supervision of physical therapist assistants as indicated.
Job Requirements
Graduate of accredited physical therapy program.
Current Physical Therapist license in the State of Florida.
Job Responsibilities
Provides physical therapy for home bound patients.
Supervises physical therapy assistant as indicated.
Assists in implementing new programs to ensure positive patient outcomes.
Perform evaluation and treatment of movement disorders in accordance with physician orders.
Treats all client and staff with courtesy.
Compliance with federal and state regulations, professional guidelines and code of ethics for the professional of physical therapy and provision of physical therapy services.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
