Maintenance Manager
The Maintenance Manager is responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of the facility including activities concerned with design, construction, modification, and maintenance of equipment and machinery in manufacturing so that throughput, inventory, and operating expense objectives are safely achieved. Analyze mechanical, electrical, program and operational function, efficiency and uptime on assigned equipment and plan for and take corrective action to maintain maximum production and quality. Ensure that Safety related work orders are prioritized and ensure all maintenance activities are conducted safely and within the guidelines of Federal and State OSHA compliance. Develop, implement, and maintain the Preventative Maintenance Program, ensure the performance of preventive maintenance on equipment to reduce downtime. Complete purchase order requisitions for all purchased goods, equipment, or services. Coordinate and communicate with production and other departments for preventative maintenance; scheduled and unscheduled downtime; installation and removal of equipment; and when outside services are needed for repairs. Required to adhere to applicable ISO 14001/TS16949 requirements.
This position has a salary of $75,000 to $90, 000.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
