Staffing Coordinator
Busy healthcare focused staffing agency in need of full time coordinator. Primary job duties include sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates in multiple industries. Pre-employment screening such as reference checks, background checks, skill testing and orientation of candidates.
Excellent communication skills required-both verbal and written. Computer skills needed - MS Suite, typing, database management.
Selling skills, ability to multi-task, identify changing priorities, high attention to detail, and sense of urgency required.
Previous management experience a plus.
Human resource background preferred.
