We are presently seeking qualified managers for opportunities in our Cross lanes, WV; Huntington, WV; and Ashland, KY locations.
KITCHEN & SERVICE MANAGERS:
You will recruit, hire, and train your own staff in a clean, state-of-the-art, high-volume, faced-paced restaurant. You will use high quality products and deliver genuine hospitality to ensure that we make pleasurable dinning affordable for each of our guests. You will undergo an intensive, structured 4 month training program to insure your success and our future.
COMPENSATION; Annual incomes of our KM's and SM's average $45K-$50K, and our GM's average $75K+. We offer a 401K after one month. Performance Bonus is paid every four weeks calculated as a percent of Net Sales and a percent of Controllable Income; our bonus plan has remained unchanged for 16 years; no unattainable goals, no moving targets; just straight percentages of sales and controllable income. Quarterly bonus paid based on CSQ audit, Eco-Sure Sanitation audit, and Sales Growth. Our KM, SM, & Associate managers receive an additional paid week off after their first year anniversary date, that's a total of 5 weeks off your second year. Six weeks off after your 5th anniversary.

Job Requirements
Preferred candidates will have:
Stable job history (no gaps)
No more than three (3) jobs in last six (6) years
A visible career path in industry, not in and out of the business
Have been a salaried food service manager for a minimum of the last three (3) years
Experience in Family dining, Cafeteria, or Buffet segments
Ability to pass a rigorous background check and drug screen
Willingness to relocate for opportunity
Must be able to work approximately 60 hours per week. Position requires standing and walking for periods of 2-5 hours without a rest break, and task sequencing with the completion of complex administrative responsibilities. Frequent heavy lifting (in excess of 35
lbs) carrying, bending, and reaching overhead will be required. Work environment entails heavy customer contact, working with cooking equipment and slippery walk surfaces. Position is under minimal levels of day to day supervision.
Candidates must be able to complete rigorous 90 day training program, sequentially testing out of each segment to advance. Training consists of hands on learning in tasks & recipes, demonstration of leadership & people skills, comprehension of systems & tools for controlling costs, ability to execute daily, weekly & monthly administration to include budgets, P&L's, orders, build-to's, schedules, labor plans, payroll, & invoice posting.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
