PHYSICIAN-GASTROENTEROLOGIST
The Huntington VA Medical Center is currently recruiting a Board Eligible/Board Certified Gastroenterologist.
Duties will include Outpatient Clinical Care for patients with GI diseases; InpatientConsultation Services (patients are admitted to the Hospitalists/Medicine Teams); Scheduled Endoscopy Procedure Time; GI Procedures would include EGD with its associated procedures, PEG placement, Colonoscopy with its associated procedures, paracentesis, additional procedures of ERCP and Liver Biopsy are encouraged but not required for this position; Utilization of Conscious Sedation in appropriate cases; Management of patients with Hepatitis C; and Participate in appropriate hospital committees.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
