Familiarity with CNC technology would be helpful, but no previous experience is required. Also, electrical and programming experience is preferred.
Job Description
Provide front line support via telephone and email
Assist customers setting up their CNC products
Identify problems, research solutions, and then guide customers through the corrective actions
Improve customer references by writing and maintaining excellent documentation
Help improve systems and procedures and create change
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
