Human Resources Manager

Globally poised apparel manufacturer is seeking a qualified Human Resources Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be a self starter, be organized, detailed & TEAM oriented, & communicate & work well with fellow employees.
DUTIES:
Administers various HR/Benefit Plans & procedures for all NHA-PA company personnel; assists in development and implementation of personnel policies & procedures; prepares/maintains employee handbook, policies & procedures manuals.
Develops & implements HR method & policies, administers compensation program, monitors performance evaluation program & job descriptions & revises as necessary.
Conducts recruitment effort for all exempt & non-exempt personnel, students & temporary employees.
Responsible for new hire onboarding & termination processes & documentation.
Oversee benefit administration processes & procedures & annual benefits analysis & renewals including: Health & Voluntary Insurances, PTO, FMLA, 401(k)/Profit Sharing.
Produces 401(k)/Profit Sharing Plan & other reports on a timely accurate basis for administration & compliance purposes.
Establishes & maintains department records/reports & maintains company organization charts.
Oversee all daily HR functions for NHA-PA & coordinate practices across all companies in the NHA group. Advise management on performance, policy & HR Issues.
Maintains compliance with federal & state regulations concerning employment.
Familiar with other duties as appropriate payroll, workers' compensation, other benefits.

Skills/
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and 5 yrs Human Resources experience.
Working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines including compensation practices, organizational structure, employee relations, performance management, federal & state employment laws.
Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or equivalent HR certification preferred.
Bi-lingual English/Spanish, required.

Salary commensurate with experience; full benefit package and 401k/Profit Sharing available.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
